Position: IT Officer / IT Administrator
Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, systems, and networks

Provide hardware and software support across departments

Ensure smooth IT operations aligned with institutional policies and objectives

Support faculty, staff, and students with timely and effective IT assistance

Maintain security, backups, and data integrity
