Position: Assistant Shift Engineer – Process (Ethanol Division)
Unicol Limited, a joint venture organization under the Ghulam Faruque Group, is seeking skilled and talented professionals for the position of Assistant Shift Engineer at our Plant Site in Mirpurkhas.
Role Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Operating and managing all aspects of Distillation, Fermentation, Cooling Towers, and EDU operations efficiently and safely.

Supervising maintenance tasks during the shift and issuing maintenance requests and safety permits as per company procedures.

Ensuring targeted production output and optimal use of chemicals.

Managing plant staff, housekeeping, and shift-based maintenance activities.

Coordinating with the Shift Engineer to handle troubleshooting and monitor plant parameters during routine operations.

Ensuring full compliance with the company’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
Role Requirements:

Education: B.Sc./B.E. in Chemical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant practical experience in a similar role.
