📌 Position: Manager – Stitching
WE ARE HIRING: Manager – Stitching
Artistic Milliners is seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our stitching department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily stitching operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily stitching activities to meet production schedules and targets

Ensure optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials

Monitor line balancing and improve operator efficiency

Coordinate with IE (Industrial Engineering) and QA teams to maintain quality and productivity

Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Ensure timely machine maintenance and minimal downtime

Train staff on stitching techniques and operational best practices

Enforce safety protocols and labor law compliance
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Graduation)
-
6–8 years of experience in the textile industry, specifically in stitching operations
