Job Description:

Supervise and support retail store teams across the assigned area

Monitor and exceed area revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Ensure inventory control and effective stock management

Oversee proper execution of Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and in-store displays

Maintain adherence to brand standards and operational policies
-
Train, lead, and motivate store staff to achieve individual and team goals

Conduct regular store visits and handle daily operational challenges

Submit performance and progress reports to senior management
