Position: General Manager – Quality
We are looking for a highly skilled and quality-focused professional to lead and enhance our stitching quality control and quality assurance systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure that our stitched products consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the quality control and assurance functions within the stitching units.

Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs for all quality-related issues.

Develop and implement robust quality control systems, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent.
Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s degree preferred / B.E. in Industrial Engineering (preferred).

Minimum 15 years of experience in quality assurance, ideally within the garment or stitching industry.

At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Age: 40 to 50 years
