Key Responsibilities:

Log all new complaints in the task management system received through various channels.

Follow up and correspond with clients via phone and messages regarding requirements raised by internal departments, ensuring adherence to standard procedures.

Conduct negotiation or resolution calls with clients as needed.

Attend to walk-in clients, address their concerns, and provide appropriate resolutions.

Act as the focal point for complaint cases, maintaining contact with clients via phone and in-person interactions.

Draft basic policy-related letters, and ensure proper scanning and dispatching.

Maintain a strong command of MS Office for reporting and documentation tasks.

Handle retrieval and uploading of complaint-related email trails (PDFs) onto the DMS system in sequence, for record and dispatch purposes.
