Position: Management Trainee Executive – HR Digitalization
Role Overview:

Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack with Next.js.

Integrate TypeScript to enhance code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Utilize TanStack Query for efficient server-state management and data fetching.
-
Build and maintain components for our HR dashboard, ensuring intuitive and data-driven solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development processes.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from a reputable institution.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Proficient in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TanStack Query for state management.

Familiar with Git/GitHub, REST APIs (GraphQL knowledge is a plus), Agile methodology, and CI/CD workflows.

UI Libraries: Experience with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI for modern front-end development.
