What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers — assisting, guiding, and resolving issues

Upsell and cross-sell GPON network products and services

Handle financial queries and billing tasks

Track KPIs and ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain reports and cash reconciliation records
What We’re Looking For:
-
1+ year of practical experience in GPON/DSL/WiMAX/HTTF/GSM
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-
Strong proficiency in MS Excel

Bachelor’s degree
